I am excited by great design that influences how people experience a space. I am a firm believer in future flexibility and dual function of each and every part of a design. With the majority of our lives spent inside buildings, it is important that we as designers provide users with both sustainable and healthy environments. Natural light and connections to nature are my favorite things to incorporate while designing. By placing people at the center of design we have the opportunity to act as ambassadors for responsible design practice, regardless of a project's pursuit of certification.
