Franciscan Orthopedic Hospital
CARMEL, INDIANA

PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT: Concept Designs, Interior Design, Finishes, FF&E design intent
SIZE:250,000 SF
COST: $130 Million
Interior build out of a 250,000 SF specialty orthopedics hospital and medical office building. A high level of design focusing on patient satisfaction was achieved within in a limited project budget by focusing on impactful bold accents at strategic locations. The design concepts revolve around the abstracted patterns of trabecular bone sections.
Shelby County YMCA & MHP Wellness Center
SHELBYVILLE, INDIANA
Design Completed in 2020, Construction Completed in 2021
In collaboration with Schmidt Architects
PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT: Concept Designs, Interior Design, Finishes, FF&E
SIZE: 80,000 SF
COST: $18 Million
YMCA including banquet rooms, teaching kitchen, pool, locker rooms, fitness center. The 80,000-square-foot facility will house the YMCA, Shelby Senior Services as well as offices for physicians and nurse practitioners with specialties in “lifestyle medicine", Over half of the facility will be dedicated to the YMCA and its indoor pool. The facility also will include a fitness center with indoor walking/running track, child care options for parents or guardians wanting to use the facility, community meeting rooms and a non-denominational chapel.

Featured Projects include the Indianapolis Public Library Wayne Township Branch, the IU Health Bloomington at the Regional Academic Health Center & Education Facility, and the ICTC Building Room 131 Renovation.
